1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms apply to the website preview.undrfy.com. By accessing it, you agree to these Terms. This is the preserved Undrfy 2025 Preview archive and a transition page for what comes next. It is not the new Undrfy application.

2. What is currently available

The website provides a transition message and read-only historical artist profiles accessible by their existing links. Those profiles may include artist biographies, photographs, locations, music players and links to external platforms. Visitors may view and share available profile links.

Artist submissions, profile claiming, profile editing, account registration, waitlist applications and new community contributions are not available through this Preview website. We do not promise access to a future version of Undrfy or a particular launch date.

3. Historical artist information

The 2025 Preview is retained for historical reference. Profiles may include older, incomplete or publicly sourced information and may no longer reflect an artist's current details. A profile does not mean the artist has verified it, endorsed Undrfy or joined a future Undrfy product. Please confirm booking, music and other important details with the artist or relevant provider.

If you are featured and want to request a correction or removal, email privacy@undrfy.com. Requests may require reasonable identity or authority checks.

4. Ownership and permitted use

Undrfy branding, original site design and other material created by Undrfy remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Artist names, recordings, images, logos and other third-party material remain the property of their respective rights holders. Displaying historical content does not transfer ownership or grant visitors permission to reuse it.

You may browse and share links to publicly accessible profiles for lawful, personal purposes. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate artists, interfere with services or republish third-party content without appropriate rights.

5. Third-party links and media

Some profiles link to or embed independent services such as Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube, Mixcloud, Apple Music and Bandcamp. Those services control their own content, availability, privacy practices and terms. Undrfy does not host or control the underlying third-party music and cannot guarantee that an embed or external link will remain accessible.

6. Availability and liability

The Preview is made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may correct, limit or retire archived information, links and features. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that archived content is accurate, complete, continuously available or suitable for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under applicable Australian consumer law. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law.
