1. What this site is now

preview.undrfy.com preserves a limited, read-only archive of artist profiles from Undrfy's 2025 Preview and presents information about the next chapter of Undrfy. It is not the new Undrfy application. The Preview no longer accepts artist profile submissions, profile claims, new user registrations or waitlist applications through this website.

You can view existing artist profiles through their original links, follow external music and social links, and contact us about information displayed on the site.

2. Information we handle

Historical artist information. Archived profiles may display artist names, photographs, biographies, genres, locations, public contact or booking details, music links, social links and embedded media. Some information was previously submitted to Undrfy, and some was compiled from publicly available sources. We may retain historical submissions and related administrative records where needed to maintain the archive or respond to requests.

Messages you send us. If you email us about a profile, a correction, removal, privacy concern or another question, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include.

Website usage and technical information. Hosting and security services may process information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, timestamps and page requests. Google Analytics may collect information about visits and website interactions where enabled. We do not require you to create an account or anonymously sign in to browse the current Preview pages.

3. Why we use information

We use information to display the historical Preview, maintain and secure the website, understand general usage, respond to enquiries, handle corrections or removal requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. Archived artist information is not a statement that an artist currently endorses Undrfy or participates in a future launch.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

4. Services and external content

The Preview uses Google/Firebase infrastructure to serve pages and retrieve historical profile information. Google Analytics may be used for site measurement where configured. Existing artist profiles may display or link to third-party services such as Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube, Mixcloud, Bandcamp, Apple Music and other artist websites or social platforms.

Loading an embedded player or following an external link may allow that provider to collect information, set cookies or process data under its own privacy policy. Service providers may process information outside Australia. You can choose not to open or play third-party media.

5. Retention and protection

We take reasonable steps to protect information we control. Archived profile details and relevant historical records may be kept while needed for the Preview archive, requests, legitimate operational purposes or legal obligations. We review correction and removal requests and delete or de-identify information when it is no longer required, where reasonably practicable and legally appropriate. We cannot control copies held by third-party sites or search engines.

6. Access, correction, removal and complaints

You can ask us whether we hold information about you, request access or correction, ask for an archived artist profile to be updated or removed, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify that you are authorised to make a request affecting someone else's information.

Contact privacy@undrfy.com. We will assess requests and respond within a reasonable time. If a concern is not resolved, you may have the right to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, subject to the applicable law.

7. Updates and scope
